In January 1997, a Quality System compliant with the ISO 9001 standard was developed and implemented. At the end of 2015, Hybrid Integrated Circuits JSC met the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and successfully underwent a new certification. The scope of the Quality Management System covers all company activities related to the design and production of hybrid integrated circuits, as well as the design and assembly of printed circuit boards. The Quality System is subject to evaluation, approval, and subsequent periodic review for compliance by the certifying body.

In line with its Quality Policy, in March 2013, Hybrid Integrated Circuits JSC successfully implemented a Good Manufacturing Practice: "Automated PCB and HIC Assembly Process Using Surface Mount Technology," registered by the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Electronic Industry and Informatics. This advancement elevates the quality of HIC JSC products to a modern, higher level, serving as a foundation for increased competitiveness and successful company development.

The project BG161PO003-2.1.12-0469-C0001(4MC-02-76) – Implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice: Automated PCB and HIC Assembly Process Using Surface Mount Technology – is carried out with financial support from the Operational Program “Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy” 2007–2013, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund and the national budget of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The Quality System ensures and guarantees that:

• Activities covered by the standard are carried out in full compliance with the Company’s Quality Policy.

• The client is the central focus, with their needs and requirements at the heart of executive management attention.

• An increasingly broad range of employees with appropriate competence and responsibility are involved in preventive quality assurance activities.

• Company processes are continuously improved to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire system.
