We specialize in the assembly/population of single- and double-sided prototype, small, medium, and medium-large series printed circuit boards with SMD and TH components. In addition to assembly, we can also handle the ordering and delivery of bare PCBs and components according to our clients’ needs. Our engineers and technologists work closely with you to ensure the highest quality and the shortest possible lead times.

SMD Component Assembly

Hybrid Integrated Circuits JSC is equipped with an automatic surface mount assembly line with a capacity of 45,000 CPH for medium-large series, two offline machines for prototype and small series, a solder paste printer, and an 8-zone reflow oven.

TH Component Assembly

The company has two wave soldering machines for soldering TH components with either leaded or lead-free solder.

The company is equipped with two wave soldering machines for through-hole (TH) components, using either leaded or lead-free solder.

Visual and X-Ray Inspection

To ensure the highest quality of our products, we perform 100% visual inspection of assembled boards and, upon the client’s request, conduct X-Ray inspection of specific components.

TESTING

We apply an individual apProach to each project. In close collaboration with our clients, we build test setups according to the given specifications and record and prepare reports on the measurements performed.
